Greetings! We are Leo, a group of aspirants from the Cohort 32 of the Youth Corps Leaders Programme and we are back with one of the most anticipated programmes, KidsCount@ Boon Lay! This is in partnership with the Boon Lay Youth Network, and our curriculum is supported by professional educational therapists from CareCorner Educational Therapy Service (ETS)Singapore. KidsCount@Boon Lay is a numeracy programme for lower primary children from low-income backgrounds who face developmental mathematics gaps in school. Our programme aims to increase their Competency, Confidence and Interest (CCI) in Mathematics through fun and enriching activities. Additionally, we aim to empower our youth volunteers with befriending and coaching skills through this enrichment program. The befriending sessions with the children will be held at Boon Lay CC.Come join us to help create a fun and enriching learning space, and make a difference in young lives!
