ABOUT

  • Timing that volunteers can serve between: Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)

    •Usher patient to gown up area/belonging storage area

    •Usher patients to the respective scan area eg: CT, MRI, Nuclear Med, etc.
    •Accompany/monitor patient with fall precautions while waiting for scan/porter to fetch back to ward at bed-hold area
    •Advise patient to wait for nurses to remove IV plug after CT scan, and to inform nurses when patient has completed his/her scan

    •Encourage patients to fill up feedback forms

    Minimum commitment of 12 hours
