Reporting venue: Level 1 Customer Service Counter at OTH

Volunteer role:

• Guide PwDs in the sorting and arrangements of booking.
• Guide and teach them on the books shelving duties.
• Support and manage beneficiaries’ mobility during activities (including pushing of wheelchairs) 
• Encourage persons with disabilities & their caregivers in the programmes.
• Spontaneous engagement with persons with disabilities & caregivers.
• Ensuring safety of persons with disabilities and caregivers during the programmes.

*Briefing to volunteers will be done before each programme
