ABOUT
    • Under the sport Facilities Master Plan, a key initiative of the national sport blueprint Vision 2023, the 12-hectare Toa Payoh Integrated Development will be home to a state-of-the-art Regional Sport Centre, a Polyclinic, a Library, and a Regional Town Park.

       

    • Join Team Nila to be part of this exciting groundbreaking ceremony as we support their event operations.

Team Nila volunteers will be required to assist the Sport Centre Staff with the following duties:

1) Stage Helpers - to hand the microphone to the advisors for the speech

2) Sport Try-out Stations

3) Goodies Bag Redemption Booth

4) ActiveHealth Booths - to assist the ActiveHealth coaches to conduct their programme

5) Any other duties assigned


Note:

1) You will be added into a WhatsApp group chat upon registration and more details will be disseminated there.

2) Attire: Team Nila tee with bermudas/long pants and sports shoes. 

For New Volunteers:
New volunteers must read the guide/FAQs on go.gov.sg/tshirt-for-new-tn and collect their Team Nila lion t-shirt from 9 Sep 2024 onwards, at the appointed distributor before their first volunteering shift.

3) Meal arrangement: Breakfast will be provided.

4) Bring along your water bottle to refill water.

5) Travel light: Do not bring valuables and travel light. There are no lockers for storage

Team Nila Sport Photographers will be required to take photos of the competitions and behind-the-scenes. All photos taken will be deposited into our SportSG Archival for necessary usage. 

  • Capture the groundbreaking ceremony
  • Group photos
  • Interactions photos
  • Event photos

Sport Photographers will be required to use your own camera to capture the photos (No phone camera is allowed). Please ensure the decent quality of the photos taken.
  • Possession of a DSLR or Mirrorless camera with appropriate lenses and equipment.
  • Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
  • 10 express edits shared within the day, and balance photos uploaded in a week.
