We are currently seeking volunteers with minimum basic IT skills to assist us in the following tasks:

• Hardware and Software Diagnostics:
  Volunteers will be responsible for checking laptops for hardware and software-related faults. This involves identifying and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal performance.
  
• Application Form Management:
  Volunteers will assist in sorting and categorising physical application forms. This includes organising forms based on predefined categories for efficient record-keeping.
  
  
• Data Entry and Scanning:
  Volunteers will support the team by entering data from physical application forms into our database. Additionally, they will be responsible for scanning and digitizing these forms to ensure efficient document management.
  Requirements:
  
• Minimum basic IT skills, including familiarity with hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling physical application forms.
• Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
