Volunteers will be assisting to co-facilitate focus group discussions (FGD) for various groups over a few sessions. 

Volunteering Period:

• Volunteer will be required to commit to a minimum period of 8 weeks, with 2 weekdays per week as the volunteer may be given project-based tasking(s).

Expertise:

1. Prior experience in facilitating of FGDs is preferred

Other Requirements: 

1. Fluent in English
2. Good communicator
   
3. Strong interpersonal and querying skills
   
4. Candidates must attend a mandatory briefing
