Volunteer Befriender

As a Rise & Shine @ Tampines Volunteer Befriender, you will be joining us to:

• Engage and befriend seniors through exercises and a healthy meal at Our Tampines Hub
• Share with seniors helpful health knowledge to encourage an active and healthy lifestyle
  

A compulsory Orientation and Training will be conducted virtually on 22 Nov. Lunch will be provided on the actual day.

Volunteer Coordinator

As a Rise & Shine @ Tampines Volunteer Coordinator, you will be joining us to:

• Lead a group of 5 Volunteer Befrienders (VBs) and 5 seniors, ensuring a positive experience for them
• Oversee group movements, ensure safety and well-being, ensure smooth running and timely execution of the programme, and liaise with YCS staff for any programme matters
• Support the learning and development of VBs, and sharing feedback with them for their learning and growth

*Any prior experience in facilitation will be appreciated but not compulsory*
