The Empathy Series (previously Human Library) is coming back to a physical setting after two years!
Engage in genuine conversations with our specially curated group of Human ‘Books’, and be inspired as they share their personal story.
Some topics include mental health, stories of adversity and resilience, to name a few. Spend some time and listen to their inspiring stories to better understand the challenges they face, while gaining a new perspective and delving into deeper and more meaningful discussions.
We offer two time slots (2 hours 45 minutes each), and within each session, participants will have the opportunity to listen and interact with two ‘Books’. We will get in touch with you after you register for the event, to check in on your preferred time slot.
This event serves as a safe platform to listen and learn from others.
For each session, participants will have the opportunity to listen and interact with two ‘Books’.
If you are interested in who we are inviting as the Human Books, head over to the YCS Empathy Taskforce Instagram page at https://www.instagram.com/ycs.empathy/. We will be uploading the Books’ profiles closer to the event!
This event is brought to you by YCS Empathy Taskforce, a group of youths that aims to nurture a more empathetic Singapore.
