Child-Minding

• Volunteers dedicated to do child-minding for the entire event
• Always ensure kid’s safety and presence
• Engage kids’ during childminding session
• Assist in distributing food after event ends
• Maintain childminding room cleanliness after session ended

Ushering

• Traffic Control
• Designated at pick-up point
• Assist parents to event hall and to ensure no empty seats in between
• Assist children to child-minding room
• Maintain seminar room cleanliness after event ended
  

Distribution of Food

• Set up refreshment’s table once bento food arrives
• Distribute food to all participants
• Ensure all participants dispose their food after consuming
