Seize The Day and spend your holidays with us in the upcoming #SeasTheDay at Pasir Ris Beach to clear the debris and flotsam that was brought onto our shores. Our marine creatures should have clean waters to spend their holidays too!
Youth Corps Singapore Sustainability Cluster is back with our very own regular beach clean-up programme from December 2021 to January 2022.
Learn more about the issues of marine debris, its effect on marine life, and the environment as we clean up our shores! Volunteers will be equipped with tools for the clean-up.
All volunteers will have to be fully vaccinated (second vaccination to be at least 14 days before event) to join this event. Safe distancing guidelines will be implemented to ensure the safety of all our volunteers. More details about the event will be shared after your registration is successful.

This event is organised by Youth Corps Singapore Sustainability Cluster.
Volunteer
Volunteers will head out to the identified hot spots along Pasir Ris Park by foot where they will be provided with the necessary equipment to clear the beaches of man-made marine debris. A pre-activity briefing will be conducted before the start of the session.
There will be 1 time slot each day (0900hrs to 1100hrs; 2hours duration), with 3 clean-up groups deployed concurrently.
Each daily time slot is therefore allocated for 12 pax volunteers and 10 pax on waitlist.
Please report to the event venue 10 minutes prior to the session.
*Please confirm your availability before applying for the volunteering slot. If you are unable to attend the session after applying, kindly inform us immediately so that we can release your slot to other volunteers. You will also be required to be fully vaccinated (second vaccination administered at least 2 weeks prior to the event). We will not be able to accept unvaccinated/partially vaccinated volunteers.
An email will be sent to you to inform you about the status of your registration. You will receive either a confirmation email or email indicating that you are put on the waitlist.
