Team Nila - Airport Operations

Team Nila volunteers will be part of the welcoming team at Changi Airport.

Duties includes:

1) Meet and greet teams, athletes, officials etc.

2) Assist to guide them to the transport pick up point.

3) Any other duties required.

Note:

1) Meals - will be provided by the event organiser (either bento or meal allowance).  Bring your own water bottle to refill water.

2) Attire - Team Nila tee with long pants/jeans and covered shoes.  First time volunteer without the Team Nila tee will be issued one when you report for duty.

3) Travel light.  There is no storage area for belongings.

4) Shift timings are subjected to changes.

Team Nila - Announcer

Team Nila volunteers will assist in:

1) General competition announcement

2) Victory ceremony announcement

3) Any other duties required

Note:

1) You should preferably have experience as announcer for the sport and comfortable doing announcement in Mandarin.

2) Meals - will be provided by the event organiser.  Bring your own water bottle to refill water.

3) Attire - Team Nila tee with long pants/jeans and covered shoes.  First time volunteer without the Team Nila tee will be issued one when you report for duty.

4) Travel light.  There is no storage area for belongings.

5) Shift timings are subjected to changes.

Team Nila - Hotel Operations

Team Nila volunteers will assist in duties such as:

1) Meet and greet teams, athletes, officials etc.

2) Information & Transport Helpdesk

3) Direct teams, athletes to the transport pick up/ meals 

4) Any other duties required

Team Nila - Venue Operations

Team Nila volunteers will assist in duties such as:

1) Registration

2) Access/Crowd Control/Ushering

3) Information helpdesk

4) F&B

5) Logistics

6) Any other duties required

Team Nila Photographer

Remarks:

• Possession of a DSLR or Mirrorless camera with appropriate lenses and equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
• 10 express edits shared within the day, and balance photos uploaded in a week's.

Attire:

• Team Nila T-Shirt with berms and covered shoes
• Meals will be provided by the organiser.
• Bring along drinking water for hydration.
