Team Nila volunteers are required to assist in roles such as:
1) Information desk
2) Usher
3) Any other duties assigned
Note:
1) You will be added into a WhatsApp group chat upon registration and more details will be disseminated there.
2) There will be a virtual briefing session 28 October 2024 (Monday) 7pm via Zoom. More details will be shared in the WhatsApp group.
3) Meal Arrangement - Meals will be provided by the event organiser. Lunch is provided for shift 1. Dinner is provided for shift 2. Bring along your own water bottle to refill water.
4) Attire - Team Nila shirt with long pants/jeans and covered shoes.
For New Volunteers:
New volunteers must read the guide/FAQs on go.gov.sg/tshirt-for-new-tn and collect their Team Nila lion t-shirt from 9 Sep 2024 onwards, at the appointed distributor before their first volunteering shift.
5) Travel light. There is no storage for your belongings.
6) Shift Timings are subjected to changes depending on operations needs.
7) You may be redeployed for other role depending on operation needs.
