• Assist in sorting and categorising physical application forms. This includes organising forms based on predefined categories for efficient record-keeping.
  
• Support the team by entering data from physical application forms into our database. Additionally, there will be scanning and digitising these forms to ensure efficient document management.

Responsibilities:

1. Sort mid-test papers according to schools, levels, and subjects.
   
2. Cross-check against mid-test orders for each school and pack papers accordingly.
   
3. Labeling of assessment books and mid-test papers.
   
4. Require to do a bit of logistics for transferring books and mid-test papers from book store to packing place. (Trolley provided)

Your role is check-in on our beneficiaries by gathering feedback and providing essential information on available resources to our beneficiaries. You may be requested to do visiting, door knocking.

• Take responsibility and stay attentive to ensure the safety and well-being of the childrens.

This role involves creating engaging social media content, including EDMs, newsletters, calls-to-action, etc, all within the framework of our volunteer branding. This will be use to promote our volunteering event and programmes on our social media.
