Role 

• Manage corporate hospitality entrance by ensuring VIPs have appropriate wristbands, correct accreditation passes before entering

• Attire: Team Nila T-shirt with long bottoms/jeans/berms and covered shoes. New volunteers, please refer to https://go.gov.sg/new-tn to collect your attire
• 1 meal per shift. AM Shift - Lunch is provided. PM shift - Dinner is provided
• AM shift, please have your breakfast before reporting. PM Shift, please have your lunch before reporting
• Bring along a drinking bottle for hydration
• Role may require you to stand outdoor for a period of time

Role 

• Attach to a team (from arrival of teams to departure @SCC)
• Must be able to commit for 2 days (15 & 16 Nov). Each day, 8am to 8pm
• Able to carry heavy items - such as laundry bags to be sent to change room, and collection.

• Managing entry and ticketing booths, scanning tickets, tagging
• Support tournament secretariat on any administrative tasks regarding teams and other logistics 
• Manage players area and other functional areas, collecting scorecards, online scoring, gathering team etc.
