As a Volunteer Befriender (VB), you will assist the SSO to conduct the Needs Assessment Survey. This will be done through a one to one call with the families.

Commitment:
1. Orientation & Training (O&T) – Online (Zoom)
17 March 2022, 2pm to 4.30pm

Session will be conducted online. Further details will be shared via email when you have been accepted for the volunteering opportunity. 
All volunteers have to be trained before deployment.

2) At least one engagement session (physical) - Volunteers may choose more than one.

Volunteers will have to commit to 1 O&T (compulsory) and at least 1 shift.
For this volunteering opportunity, volunteers are requested to be fully vaccinated to take part to ensure the safety of everyone in the event. Please note that you may be required to show proof of vaccination before deployment and you are only considered fully vaccinated if your 2nd dose was taken 2 weeks before the volunteering date. If you are not fully vaccinated before the event date, please do not apply for this opportunity.

For this volunteering opportunity, MSF’s current guidelines is that all volunteers will have to take an ART one day before going to SSOs for needs assessments. Volunteers are required to take a photo of their ART test results and show it for proof of Validity.
