“A Day To Remember” is a half-day carnival organised by youth leaders in the SportCares Champions Leadership Programme (SCLP) for seniors with dementia and their families on 10 December 2022, from 9am-1pm at OCBC Arena Hall 2 @Singapore Sports Hub.
The carnival was conceptualised in hopes to provide them with a safe space for meaningful social interaction and shared positive memories. We hope that bringing the community together and allowing PLWDs (Persons Living With Dementia) and their families/caregivers to meet others like themselves can serve as source of reassurance that they are not alone, and a reminder that there are still others out there who are cheering and supporting them.

Attire: Team Nila T-shirt with berms / pants with covered shoes
Volunteers without the Team Nila T-shirt will be issued one.
*Please bring along your water bottle to refill water on-site as part of our green initiative.
