As a Volunteer Befriender, you will be engaging children at the ComLink activity space to teach them and help them develop basic literacy skills of reading.

Do take note that all the sessions will be conducted PHYSICALLY, we will only subject to conducting it virtually if safe management measures apply.

Additionally, all volunteers have to be FULLY VACCINATED to be accepted into the programme.

Disclaimer 
To ensure safety for the children from ComLink families, all KidsLearn volunteers will be required to also sign up as a volunteer with MSF and clear a security screening process for suitability to be a child befriender. Do note that the screening process will take 1 month, and we will not be able to accept volunteers who are unable to clear the security screening process. Feel free to approach us if you may have any concerns.

As a Volunteer Coordinator, you will be leading, managing and supporting volunteer befrienders during the KidsLearn programme to ensure they have a positive volunteering experience. You will be required to conduct briefing, debriefing, facilitate ice breakers and community bonding activities.
