Dolphin Befrienders' programme is a youth-at-risk befriending programme in collaboration with our community partner, United Indian Muslim Association (UIMA). From May to July, Volunteer Facilitators would be motivating youth-at-risk aged 15-18 to discover their passions and guide them to steer away from negative social influences. Join us as a Volunteer Facilitator where you will connect with them through exciting activities such as games and facilitated conversations to help them build confidence. Volunteer Facilitators can look forward to forming valuable friendships with the youths and bridging them closer to their residential community in Singapore.This opportunity is a youth-led initiative as part of Youth Corps Leaders Programme.

Volunteer Facilitators would be conducting weekly sports activities and facilitating conversations with a group of 4-5 youths at Little Dolphins' Developmental Centre, in order to encourage them to set goals for themselves.Requirements
Aged 19 to 25 years old
Keen interest in working with youth-at-risk
Experience in facilitation and/or befriending preferred
Must be able to commit to:
All orientation and Training Sessions: 20 May and 21 May; 10:30am - 12:30pm at Little Dolphin Developmental Centre
70% compulsory attendance for the weekly programme sessions from Early June to End July**Date and timing for programme sessions would be confirmed later by the EXCO.
