Team Nila Announcer

To act as a host of the event, facilitate its smooth running and to ensure the outcome the organisers planned is achieved

To ensure the smooth running of the events, the staff in-charge may delegate additional tasks during the event. The actual role will be assigned on the event day.

Note:

1) Volunteers have to be fully vaccinated.

2) Attire - Team Nila tee with bermudas/long pants/jeans and sport shoes.  First time volunteers without the Team Nila tee will be issued one when you report for duty.

3) There will be a briefing for volunteers before the programme starts.

4) No bottled drinks will be given as an initiative towards a greener Earth, please bring along your water bottle to refill water on-site.

5) Upon successful registration, you will be added into a WhatsApp group chat where more information will be given.

Team Nila Volunteer

Team Nila volunteers are required to assist the organiser as (actual duty will be assigned on the day itself):

1) Crowd Control

2) Logistics

3) Any other duties required
