The Active Ageing Centre (AAC) plays an integral role in the social aspect of seniors' health.
As a Community Connector, you will be involved in engaging with and assisting the staff at the AAC by outreaching to seniors living in Bendemeer to help raise awareness of the programmes available at the AAC and supporting the staff in identifying potential seniors who might be in isolation.
