(1) Team Nila Volunteer

*Preferably volunteers who have knowledge about the sport or familiar with the sport - Taekwondo*

Volunteer roles:

1) Athletes Registration & Management - to assist with athlete roll call, weight in at call room.

2) Award Ceremony

3) Score Keeper - to assist with the pairing of competition equipment on player before start of the match.

4) Sport Try-out - to assist with the facilitation of Sport Try-out with the public.

5) Usher/Control Point

6) Logistic & F&B

7) Any other duties assigned

Note: The above is a non-exhaustive list of the tasks that you may be required to assist in. To ensure the smooth running of the competitions, the staff in-charge may delegate additional tasks during the event. The actual role will be assigned on competition days.

Note:

1. Upon successful registration, our Team Nila Volunteer Leaders (TNVLs) will be adding you in a WhatsApp group to share with you more details.

2. Attire: Team Nila shirt* with sports bottom (knee length) and covered shoes

* Volunteers without the Team Nila t-shirt will receive it when they report for duty. More information will be disseminated via the WhatsApp group.

3. Meal Arrangement - Will be shared in the WhatsApp group

4. Travel Light and do not bring any valuables as there will not be any storage area for belonging.

5.  As part of Singapore Green Plan 2030, please bring along your own water bottle to keep yourself hydrated. You can refill your bottles at the site.

(2) Team Nila Sport Photographers

Team Nila Sport Photographers will be required to take photos of the competitions and behind-the-scenes. All photos taken will be deposited into our SportSG Archival for necessary usage. 

Sport Photographers will be required to use your own camera/phone to capture the photos. Please ensure the decent quality of the photos taken.

Note:

(3) Team Nila Sport Announcer

** Volunteer will need to attend a mandatory training (details to be share in a later date) **

Team Nila Sport Announcers will be required to announce the line-up, sequence of competition and conducting of Victory Ceremony.
