Join us for the Dragonfly Watch, organised as part of the NParks Community in Nature Biodiversity Watch series, and contribute to a citizen science study on these amazing flying predators.

Dragonfly Watch March 2025 will take place from 8 (Saturday) to 16 March (Sunday) and it is open for experienced* volunteers only.
*Experienced volunteers refer to those who have participated in Dragonfly Watch before i.e. attended training (both theory and practical), conducted survey and submitted results at least once before.
Registration closes on 23 February 2025 (extended deadline!)!
Signing Up
To register, you would need an account with Volunteer.gov.sg. Please fill up all your information in your profile page (especially full name, email and contact number) for identification purposes. Kindly note that only experienced volunteers may participate this round.
Signing up as a Group
To sign up as a Group (of maximum 5 pax), please think and input a same, unique Group Code in the opportunity question 'Group Code' when prompted. (e.g. DragonflyWatch123) for all members in your group that are registering for Dragonfly Watch. We will group you together backend.
Signing up for children younger than 12 years old
Kindly input the number of children and their names in the relevant section. This is so that we can include them in our volunteer list! Please note that if you require volunteer hour for your child/children, they need to have an independent Volunteer.gov.sg account.

Experienced Volunteer
Signing up for Dragonfly Watch March 2025 means that you are an experienced Dragonfly Watch volunteer - have participated in Dragonfly Watch before i.e. attended training (both theory and practical), conducted survey and submitted results at least once before.
The online module (self-guided) and other notes will be provided as refresher when you sign up. To sign up as a group with your friends/family/colleagues, do input the same unique Group Code in your registration.
The survey period for Dragonfly Watch March 2025 is 8 - 16 March. Please ignore the Shift date and time listed here as it is a substitute date for volunteer hour allocation. You will just need to complete the survey on any date between 8 - 16 March.
