bout Raikan Ilmu:Raikan Ilmu is a flagship initiative within the Malay/Muslim community aimed at celebrating knowledge and fostering a culture of lifelong learning.MENDAKI is hosting Raikan Ilmu@Heartlands over four weekends at Our Tampines Hub, Safra CCK and Northpoint City. Each weekend will feature a diverse range of activities catering to families, parents, children, students, youth, employees and jobseekers offering engaging experiences islandwide.** Please refer to the poster for accurate information. The shift hours are currently to be confirmed, and confirmed volunteers will be notified via email.**

Volunteers shall assist in manning and providing additional manpower support to the exhibitions and activities. Volunteers will be assigned to manage either our redemption, registration & our booth which participants will visit.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Volunteers shall lead a group of students/tutors/beneficiaries. Guide and usher MTS students around the pavilion. This includes accompanying students or MENDAKI's beneficiaries throughout their visit at the event venue. Volunteers shall manage crowd controlling in the Pavilion Space and assist in refreshments distribution.
Volunteers shall be rotating around different roles - Providing support as event ambassadors, ushers and surveyors.

Volunteers shall assist in in the running of workshops through helping the facilitators and participants - some of the roles include setting up the workshop, assisting participants and helping with organization and logistics.
