Event Volunteer

Team Nila volunteers are required to assist the event organizer with the following duties: (duties will be assign on the day itself)


1) Spectator Services - To support Spectator Services Team Lead on managing spectators within event hall, to assist spectators on seating, general ushering and crowd control

2) Ticketing Ushers - Ensure all spectators who enter the event hall has wrist tag on, crowd control at event hall entrance

3) Venue Services - To support Venue Ops Team on ensuring only accreditated personnel enter the various zones, to assist in the Field of Play

4) Hospitality - Ensure that the meals are ready and setup 

5) Any other duties required

Note:

- Volunteers need to be at least 18 years old and fully vaccinated.

- Attire - Team Nila Shirt with long pants/jeans and comfortable covered shoes.

* First time volunteers will be issued with the t-shirt when you report for duty.

- Volunteer are advised to travel light and bring your water bottle to hydrate yourself

- Shift timings are subjected to changes depending on competition schedule

Event Volunteer - Pre-event & Post-event Set Up & Tear down

*** Able to carry heavy weight of 10kg ***

Team Nila volunteers are required to assist the event organizer with the following duties: (duties will be assign on the day itself)


1) Packing - Packing of Athlete packs

2) Venue Set-up - setting up of tables and chairs, trolley will be provided

3) Venue Tear down

4) Any other duties required

- Volunteers need to be at least 18 years old and fully vaccinated.

- Attire - Team Nila Shirt with long pants/jeans and comfortable covered shoes.

* First time volunteers will be issued with the t-shirt when you report for duty.
