Event support for upcoming reading workshops

ABOUT

Hi Volunteers!
MENDAKI is looking for event support in the form of:
- Child minders
- Registration ICs
- Usherers
The workshops will take place on 8 October 2022 and 15 October 2022,
at Woodlands Regional Library and Ang Mo Kio Public Library respectively.
An online briefing will be conducted by officers from the organising
department. Details will be shared separately.

Child minding, registration ICs and usherers

Registration ICs and usherers

To take attendance and children for child minding
To usher parents and children to
- Preschool room
- Lower Primary room
- Children's section
Both to assist with child minding when registration is closed

Child minders

To read books with children
To arrange 1 toilet break for children
To conduct and administer provided activity for children

Other info

Parents are encouraged to sit with children first before leaving them with volunteers
Children below 4 years old are allowed to be with parents in the workshop
Kindly select your preferred shift (8 Oct - Woodlands; 15 Oct - Ang Mo Kio)
