Module 1: Responder Plus Programme (RRP) by SCDF

The programme focuses on core lifesaving skills and essential emergency procedures with greater emphasis on practical hands-on engagements.  This will aid volunteers' understanding and allow them to practically apply what they have learnt to help others during emergencies.  Learn CPR/AED, First Aid and Fire Fighting Skills.

Note:

• Attire for the course is Team Nila tshirt with pants / shorts and covered shoes. Do pack light and bring along your water bottle.
• Kindly sign up for only one session of each module and do ensure that the timings do not clash.
• You can sign up to a maximum of one module for the AM session and one module for the PM session. 

Module 2: Communicating for a positive volunteering experience.

This module will equip volunteers with the skills to effectively engage members of the public during their volunteering duties. Through this programme, volunteers will gain valuable insights and practical techniques to interact with the public in a meaningful and impactful manner.

Module 3: Inclusivity Awareness Training for Volunteers

The module aims to equip volunteers with the knowledge and sensitivity needed to interact inclusively with individuals of diverse abilities. This 4-hour session will cover key aspects of disability awareness, fostering an environment of understanding and respect. The Inclusivity Awareness Training empowers volunteers to contribute to a more inclusive community. By understanding and embracing diversity, volunteers can enrich their interactions and create a welcoming environment for everyone. Ongoing commitment to inclusivity will ensure Team Nila's impact is felt by individuals of all abilities.
