Event Registration 

1) Check whether visitors have pre-registered and already have a profile
2) Create a profile for any who may not
3) Assist with credentials
4) Assist with queries relating to registration
5) Any other assigned duties

Note:

1) You will be added into a WhatsApp group chat upon registration and more details will be disseminated there.


2) There will be a virtual briefing session (ONLINE) 15 October 2024 (Tuesday) 730pm. More details will be shared in the WhatsApp group.

4) Meal Arrangement – meal vouchers will be provided.
5) Volunteers will need to be 18 years old and above.

6) Travel light.  There is no storage for your belongings.

7) Shift Timings are subjected to changes depending on operations needs.

8) You may be redeployed for other role depending on operation needs.

Skills:

4. Able to walk without difficulty from Suntec to Marina Bay, Grand Park City Hall Hotel to Suntec, and work outdoors at the Marina Bay Pontoon

Delegate Services at the Official Hotel (Information Desk) - 

1. Provide delegates with directions to Suntec Convention Centre

2. Provide delegates with useful information such as list of eateries, pharmacies (eg. Guardian & supermarkets)

3. Provide delegates with information on tour sign up

4. Any other assigned duties

New volunteers must read the guide/FAQs on go.gov.sg/tshirt-for-new-tn and collect their Team Nila lion t-shirt from 9 Sep 2024 onwards, at the appointed distributor before their first volunteering shift.

Team Nila Sport Photographers will be required to take photos of the activities and behind-the-scenes.

All photos will be deposited into SportSG archive for necessary usage. 

Photographers are required to use your own camera to capture high-res event shots and special sportsmanship/interaction moments (no mobile photographers)

Please note that there is indoor (Conference) and outdoor (Sailing) photography for this event. Do bring along the necessary lenses required.
