Functional Screening or other Community Health Screenings
To serve in this volunteering programme with Sengkang General Hospital (SKH), we would require for volunteers to:1) To Attend Volunteer Orientation for the programme they would like to serve in - To equip volunteers with the relevant knowledge and skills for the programme2) To be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, MMR, Tdap & Varicella (Cost is covered by SKH and can be taken at SKH)- This is to protect the volunteer and their loved ones as they serve with SKH3) Minimum commitment of 12 hours with SKH4) Minimum age of 17 Years old
For volunteers who have not submitted the volunteer application forms, do click on the "supporting documents" tab to download and fill up. The opportunity and shift date stated on the VMS is not firmed up and a staff would also contact you via email after you have signed up for the volunteer orientation and liase on your availability.
