Greenie Volunteer

As a greenie volunteer, you will get the chance to learn the importance of environmental protection and the impact of litter on our waterways through a kayak and clean activity at Jurong Lake

Interested Volunteers are required to commit to the following:

1.) Compulsory Orientation and Training (Online via Zoom) 

Date: 18 September 2021 (Saturday)

Time: 930am to 12pm 

Please note that this Orientation and Training will be held fully online. Details will be sent to your email upon successful confirmation of your participation. Content related to Jurong Lake and its waterways environment including safety briefings will be shared. All volunteers are required to attend this to be eligible to attend the actual physical session. 

2.) Pick/tick just 1 of the sessions provided (physical)

Please note that volunteers will be physically kayaking on Jurong Lake to pick litter in small groups. No prior certification is needed for the kayaking. A reflection session between volunteers will be held after the kayaking session.
