Admin Assistants help with the administrative and documentation needs of the event.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Assisting with registration and attendance tracking• Preparing and managing event documents or records• Supporting the coordination of participants and crowd management• Assisting with data entry or report collation as required

Event Ushers are responsible for welcoming guests, providing directions, and assisting families as they arrive at the venue.
• Greeting and ushering families to their designated session venues• Assisting with registration and providing event information• Helping with crowd control and maintaining orderly flow of attendees• Supporting wayfinding from public transport points to the venue• Child-Minding
Logistics Support volunteers assist with the smooth setup, operation and pack-down of the event.
