Venue Operations_Back of House (BOH)

Team Nila volunteers are required to assist in

1. Press Centre Operatioin : Usher duties

2. Venue Operation_BOH : Workforce Entrance duties as Access Checker

• Friendly, Customer Service-Oriented, Proficient in English Language. 

• Any other duties assigned.

Location: Resort World Convention Centre (RWCC)

Note:

1) You will be added into a WhatsApp group chat upon registration and more details will be disseminated there.

2) There will be a virtual briefing session (TBC) , more details will be shared in the WhatsApp group.

Meal - Lunch for first shift and Dinner for second shift will be provided by the event organiser.  Bring your own water bottle for hydration.

Attire - Team Nila tee with dark colored long pants/jeans with covered shoes.  No bermudas/leggings etc.  

From 1 September 2024 onwards, first-time volunteers will need to collect the Team Nila tee before you report for duty

You can collect the Team Nila tee at:
Short Q at The Centrepoint, #01-57* (Opens daily 11am-8pm). 
Nearest MRT station: Somerset

If you report for duty WITHOUT the Team Nila tee, you will be turned away from your shift.

Starting from 9 September 2024, TNHQ will not be issuing Team Nila tee onsite.

Volunteers can turn up in either the old design (without Lion) and the new design (with Lion), both are acceptable.


Travel light.  There is no storage for belongings.

Shift timings are subjected to changes.
