Patient Service & Digital Ambassador

As a Patient Experience & Digital Ambassador, you will assist the Centre with the following tasks:

• Provide directions and accompany patients if necessary, e.g. to the X-ray department, HPB building for medication collection.
• Assist elderly patients, patients with mobility issues, or need special attention, e.g. use of registration kiosks, blankets, drinks.
• Guide patients on the use of Health Buddy, NDCS Chatbot, answer post-visit surveys and provide feedback or compliments via QR code.

Requirement:

Successful applicants are required to:

• Commit 4 hours or more per week for a minimum period of 3 months.
• Enjoy meeting and communicating with people.
• Able to volunteer on weekdays between8.30 am to 5.30 pm (our Centre is closed on weekends).
