Roles & Responsibilities

1) Flag Bearer - Leading team into the court

2) Stagehands/Runner - Assist with any related to sports presentation programming

3) Rehearsal stand-in - Assist as a stand-in for the presentation

4) Any other duties assigned

Things to note:

1) Attire - Team Nila shirt with long pants/jeans and covered shoes. (T-shirt will be issued to first timer volunteer when you report for duty.)

2) Meal - meal will be provided.  Bring along your own water bottle as no bottled water will be provided as we support the sustainability efforts. 

3) Travel Light - There will be secured place to store your belongings

4) Briefing - will be conducted on the day of event. Please be on time for reporting. 

5) Should there be any shift require you to report before 7AM &/or end after 11PM, there will be a transport reimbursement capped at $25 per trip per shift.
