Team Nila volunteers will be assisting in the event as:

1. Meet & greet the teams when they arrive at the hotel

2. Assist with check-in
- collection of passport 
- Photocopying 
- Noting down teams that have/have yet to arrive 

3.Transportation from hotel to Bukit Canberra and back

- Following bus schedule, facilitate transportation of teams to and from event venue and hotel as required
- To communicate with one another on arrival and departure of bus
- Ensure present teams are ready to board

NOTE:

Attire: Team Nila tee with jeans/long pants with covered shoes.   New volunteers must read the guide/FAQs on go.gov.sg/tshirt-for-new-tn and collect their Team Nila lion t-shirt from the appointed distributor before their first volunteering shift.

Meals: provided by event organiser.

Bring along your own water bottle to refill water.

Team Nila photographers are required to shoot for the event as a Secondary camera. 

Roles:
- Behind-the-scenes
- Media day
- Follow teams
- Game days

Remarks:

• Possession of a DSLR or Mirrorless camera with appropriate lenses (200mm and above) and equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
• 10 express edits shared within two day, and balance photos uploaded in a week's time.

Roles:

- Consolidation of the following.  Actual duty will be assigned by the IC when you report for duty.

• Making sure all court activities run smoothly and on-time
• Pumping of ball, court maintenance, refilling of bottled waters for team
• Wipe the court when wet
• Assist with preparation of prizes and logistics
• Direct GOH to present prize, flow of prize presentation
• Crowd control, booth management 
• Logistics and transport management from hotel to venue
• Assist with scheduling of media team, provide support as required
• Comms coordination for bus, tournament and opening/closing ceremony.
• Transportation arrangement between venue and hotel
