Play-Ability is a recreational sports programme for persons with disabilities jointly initiated by SportCares. Play-Ability aims to give PWDs a chance to maintain an active lifestyle, access to community sports venues, and opportunities for socializing. Join us as a befriender today if you play tennis recreationally!
[Important] - Volunteers are expected to commit to at least two monthly sessions in the following months. They will also be required to be part of the teaching pool, assisting the coach in practicing skills and drills with the beneficiaries.

Volunteer Requirement:
1. Need to be water-confident in the teaching pool.
2. Have patience and be willing to learn how to interact with persons with intellectual disabilities.
3. Assist the coach in practising any skills/drills throughout the session.
Volunteer Attire:
Volunteers will be required to wear a Team Nila shirt upon arrival as a form of identification and wear a swimsuit during duty in the swimming pool.
Please be mindful of your swimsuit attire. Female volunteers are not allowed to wear bikinis when assisting with the programmes. An additional rash guard or swimming costume is safest as the complexity of assisting the participants can get in the way.
