Team Nila is required to assist the organiser with the following (actual role will be assigned when you report for duty):

1) Pitch Assistant - submit the scorecard to the officials, assist with ball picking to prevent stray balls from causing potential casualties 

2) Registration Assistant - assist with checking and verifying identities and marking attendance of both participants and team officials, verify completion of letter of waiver and indemnity forms, managing the distribution of team wristbands. 

3) Crowd Control - check latest fixtures and find the next teams whose matches are next and allow them to register first, crowd control at the registration area in order to ensure smooth registration process and transition

4) Surveyor - encourage both participants and spectators to complete the program survey

5) Any other duties assigned

Note:

- Volunteers will be added into a WhatsApp group by the organsier.

- Volunteer briefing will be done on site when you report for duty.

- Shift timings are subjected to changes depending on competition schedule.

- Bring your own water bottle for hydration.

- Attire: Team Nila t-shirt with pants/bermudas and sports shoes.

For New Volunteers:

New volunteers must read the guide/FAQs on go.gov.sg/tshirt-for-new-tn and collect their Team Nila lion t-shirt from 9 Sep 2024 onwards, at the appointed distributor before their first volunteering shift.
