Onwards to Ageing Holistically! (OTAH!) is a regular programme which aims to befriend seniors through a variety of activities designed to engage in them holistically in 5 aspects – Social, Physical, Digital, Environment, and Creative.Engage in fun games and bond with the seniors! Volunteers are given flexibility in availing themselves for the program at preferred sessions as indicated below.OTAH has 2 available roles:

Your role as a Volunteer Befriender is to:
Befriend the seniors through the activities
Engage in conversations with the seniors
Encourage active participation of the seniors during activities
Ensure the safety and well-being of the seniors

Age range: 16-35 years old
Volunteers are required to be FULLY VACCINATED

Curate and design curriculum to help in the holistic development of seniors.
Support and supervise volunteers by addressing their concerns and acknowledging their efforts throughout the sessions
Execute and ensure smooth the operations of the weekly sessions
Conduct briefing and debrief sessions
