AHOY THERE! If you have a heart for children and are passionate about history and heritage, come join us this December as a Volunteer Befriender for the Kids Day Out! school holiday programme that will be taking place at the Asian Civilisations Museum!
The programme will be centered around the “Manila-Galleon: From Asia to the Americas” special exhibition that will be launched on 16 November, and we will need all the help we can get to chaperone the children and to guide them through fun and engaging activities around the museum!

This volunteering opportunity is brought to you by the HeritageCares team from the National Heritage Board (NHB). HeritageCares is an accessibility initiative that aims to increase access to heritage-related content, programmes and experiences for underserved communities (children and youth from families-in-need, seniors, persons with disabilities and/or special needs) in Singapore through suitable touchpoints and opportunities.
