OCH National Day Monthly Celebration
As part of our efforts to keep our dementia patients active and to slow down the progress of their illness, we are looking for volunteers who are passionate to engage our Dementia patients. Volunteers will help to facilitate various activities such as Art & Craft, Gardening, Karaoke, Bingo, Rummy O, Uno etc and many other activities with our dementia patients at Outram Community Hospital.

Facilitator roles include the following:
- Set-up of activity space and logistics- Porter patients to and fro activity venue- Engage and encourage Dementia patients with various activities (Art&Craft, Befriending, Music therapy etc)- Pack up
