The Active Ageing Centre (AAC) plays an integral role in the social aspect of seniors' health. As a Community Connector, you will be involved in engaging with and assisting the staff at the AAC by outreaching to seniors living in Woodlands to support the staff with their core work in providing assistance to the seniors. This opportunity is brought to you by the Youth Corps Development Team (Care Corner).

As a Community Connector, you will be involved in engaging with and assisting the staff at the AAC by outreaching to seniors living in Woodlands to help support the staff with their core work in providing assessment to the seniors.
