About Service Excellence Framework (SportSG)
- SportSG is currently a WSQ ATO (Workforce Skills Qualifications, Approved Training Organisation) for the Level 1 WSQ Certificate in Service Excellence.
- The WSQ Certificate in Service Excellence aims to groom service professionals with the skills and competencies to provide go-the-extra mile service with a service excellence mindset. It also equips service professionals with the skills to handle service challenges, workplace diversity and as well as contribute to service improvements through service innovation.

- It is important for Team Nila to be equipped with service excellence skills to have a better understanding on handling people/situations on ground whilst volunteering for various Team Nila activities.
- There are a total of 8 modules, and successful course participants will receive the nationally recognised Statement of Attainment (SOA).
Shortlisting Criteria for FY19
Refundable Payment
This is a sponsored course for maximum 20 in a class, however shortlisted Team Nila will be required to make a refundable payment to enable SportSG to process training grant where applicable. Details will be subsequently advised.
