Team Nila volunteers are required to assist in the following roles:

1. Secretariat Team (Staff IC: Muiz ) :
2. Time Keeper:
3. Keep track of match times
4. Work hand in hand with Chairman of Council of Jury and Gong keeper

Gong Striker:

Any other duties assigned 

1. **Actual role will be assigned by the in-charge on ground.

2. You will receive an invitation to join a WhatsApp group with the coaches after your registration is confirmed in the portal.
3. Attire: Team Nila shirt, sport shorts/bermuda and sport shoes. Volunteer with inappropriate attire will be turned away from the volunteering.
4. *For New Volunteers: New volunteers must read the guide/FAQs on go.gov.sg/tshirt-for-new-tn and collect their Team Nila lion t-shirt from 9 Sep 2024 onwards, at the appointed distributor before their first volunteering shift.
5. Bring along your water bottle to keep yourself hydrated throughout the session. Water refill points will be available at the venue.
6. Travel light as there is no storage area for your belonging.

Team Nila volunteers are required to assist in the following roles:

4. Responsible for guiding and assisting athletes.
   Ensure everyone has their ID/entrance pass
   Crowd Control

1. Registration: Staff IC: Nurul & Farhana
2. Competition Registration:                                                 
3. To assist in welcoming contingents/teams to the event                                                          > To assist in registration for the teams/contingents and give out official passes
4. Ticketing services for Spectators who purchased tickets

   Assist to arrange tables and chairs or other equipment

2. Logistics  
   To ensure that athletes stay within the waiting area                              
   To assist in security                                                      
   To assist organiser identify the athletes to be ready/standby for their turn
