Match Assistant

Roles:

• Monitor team movements to ensure they follow their schedule closely
• Liaise with POCs and team to ensure smooth execution of event
• Provide support to operations team
• Provide secretarial support to Citing Commissioner(s)
• Other duties assigned by staff-in-charge based on operational needs.

Things to note

Attire: Team Nila t-shirt, long pants/jeans/bermuda, covered shoes.

Tunnel Assistant

Roles (volunteers must be able to do heavy lifting)

• Provide support during warm-up and at stadium tunnel
• Prepare ice baths for athletes after their matches
• Cleaning and tidying of changing rooms
• Other duties assigned by staff-in-charge based on operational needs

Things to note

Attire: Team Nila t-shirt, long pants/jeans/bermuda, covered shoes (bring along a pair of slippers and an extra set of clothing)
