Medical Chaperon was introduced to support patients affected by long waits for community transport services. It helps patients attend hospital appointments on time and avoid delays in care that could impact their health.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Support patients with limited mobility by guiding them to and from their appointments within SGH Campus, offering wheelchair assistance when needed. Provide a reassuring presence throughout the visit and uplift patients through warm, engaging companionship.

Note: Each session is approximately 4 hours.
