Project Re:ground is an initiative by Youth Corps Singapore, in collaboration with the Health Promotion Board to advocate the importance of youth mental well-being and peer support as a life skill.
Re:ground @ Dungeon is a space where youths can come by and seek respite from the bustle of their daily routine by participating in self-care activities that support their mental well-being.

In this themed night, explore personal growth and mindfulness through creative activities! Begin by designing a tote bag with symbols representing your core values or philosophies, offering an opportunity for reflection and meaningful conversation with others. Then, dive deeper with clay magnet making, where you'll mold representations of your strengths, challenges, or aspirations! The flexible nature of the clay symbolizes adaptability and growth, encouraging introspection as you create a tangible reminder of your journey. These hands-on activities show how simple, accessible materials can inspire self-expression and reflection, making self-care both creative and meaningful while fostering connections within the community!
Please bring along:
A bottle of water, a jacket, and a smile!
