Team Nila volunteers are required to support duties such as (actual role will be assigned by the Venue Manager/Workforce Manager): 

1) Assist in managing, ushering and traffic control for the Golf Simulator Experience Booth 

2) Any other duties required. 

Requirement:

- Golfer with basic golf knowledge is preferred!!! 

- Volunteers will need to be able to stand for a few hours under the sun. Recommended to bring cap or umbrella and apply sunblock.

Note:

1) Attire - Team Nila tee with long dark pants/jeans with covered shoes.

First time volunteers without the Team Nila tee will need to collect the tee from our vendor.

2) Lunch will be provided per shift. Bring your own water bottle to refill water.

3) Travel light as there are no storage for belongings.

4) Shift Timings are subjected to changes depending on competition schedules.

5) Volunteers may be cross deployed to support other duties if required.

6) WhatsApp chatgroup will be created. Volunteer briefing date/time will be informed in the chatgroup after the registration has closed.

2) Assist with registration

3) Welcoming delegates

4) Preparation of AV, refreshments

5) Any other duties required. 

Volunteers are to remain during meeting to ensure the roll call is being signed by all Biennial Meeting representatives
