Join us at the ActiveSG Sport Centres to support their operations for the SG60 Credits roll out to members of the public.
You will be assisting the centre in the followings:
Assisting ActiveSG members and the general public with their queries on the credit allocation.
Volunteers with previous experience in service ambassador role are welcome to apply

Requirements:
1) Volunteers need to be tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile devices and tablets to guide member of public on their queries.
2) Volunteers need to be comfortable communicating and answering queries.
Note:
1) Volunteers will be provided with an information deck, and a short briefing will be conducted on-site when you report for duty.
2) Attire: Team Nila tee with long pants/jeans and covered shoes.
For New Volunteers:
New volunteers must read the guide/FAQs on go.gov.sg/tshirt-for-new-tn and collect their Team Nila lion t-shirt from 9 Sep 2024 onwards, at the appointed distributor before their first volunteering shift.
3) Bring along your water bottle to hydrate yourself.
4) Travel light. There are no lockers for storage.
5) Volunteers may be required to stand throughout the shift while attending to members of public.
6) Meal Arrangement - No meals will be provided.
