Team Nila volunteers will be required to assist in one of more of the duties below.  Actual deployment will be assigned by the IC onsite when you report for duty.

1) Warm up/Warm down area - to assist to keep the area clean and tidy, keeping of equipment in preparation for next team.

2) Call Room Registration - to help athletes line up etc

3) Basket Party - to collect athletes' belongings in basket from changing room and transferring to another changing room after game starts.  Ensure changing room is clean and tidy.

4) Accreditation Pass Collection - collect accreditation pass from referees/TD from call room and return passes to team when game ends.

5) Flow Management - to manage flow of athletes after games and direct them to gym, athletes seating etc.

6) Any other duties required.

Note:

Attire: Team Nila tee with long pants/jeans and covered shoes.

First Times must read the guide/FAQs on go.gov.sg/tshirt-for-new-tn and collect their Team Nila lion t-shirt from the appointed distributor before their first volunteering shift.

Meals: Lunch provided for AM shift, dinner provided for PM shift.  Bring along your water bottle to refill water.

- Volunteer are advised to travel light as there are no storage for belongings.

- Volunteers should be physically fit to stand, walk around and carry equipment.

Shift timings are subjected to changes depending on competition schedule.

- You will be added into a WhatsApp group chat upon registration and more details will be disseminated there.
