Team Nila volunteers are required to take on the role of Service Ambassador.

Requirements:

1) Volunteers need to be tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile devices and tablets to guide member of public on their queries.

2) Volunteers need to be comfortable communicating and answering queries.

3)  Volunteers need to attend mandatory training session to be familiar with the operations and procedures before they could be deployed.

• Must be able to attend ONE (1) session on either:

Session 1: 20 May 2024 (Mon), 7pm - 10pm @ Sports Hub Auditorium

Session 2: 24 May 2024 (Fri), 7pm - 10pm @ Sports Hub Auditorium

Note:

1) Attire: Team Nila tee with long pants/jeans and covered shoes.  First time volunteer without Team Nila tee will be issued one when you report for duty.

2) NO meals provided.  Bring along your water bottle to hydrate yourself.

3) Travel light.  There are no lockers for storage.

4) Volunteers may be required to stand throughout the shift while attending to members of public.
