Event Volunteer - Court Attendant

Team Nila volunteers are required to support duties such as:

1) Drying and mopping of competition courts to ensure the area is safe to play for the players.

2) To stand by to pick up basketballs there were thrown out from the court.

3) To clean and ensure the basketballs are dry and ready before warm up sessions and actual game.

4) Any other duties required

Note:

1) Attire - Team Nila tee with long dark pants/jeans with covered shoes.

First time volunteers without the Team Nila tee will need to collect the tee from our vendor.

2) Meal will be provided per shift. Bring your own water bottle to refill water.

3) Volunteers will need to be physically fit as you are required to carry heavy objects and run around on the court.

4) Travel light as there are no storage for belongings.

5) Shift Timings are subjected to changes depending on competition schedules.

6) Volunteers may be cross deployed to support other duties if required.

7) WhatsApp chatgroup will be created.  Volunteer briefing date/time will be informed in the chatgroup after the registration has closed.

Event Volunteer - Fan Zone

Team Nila volunteers are required to support activities at the Fan Zone area.

Note:

1) Attire - Team Nila tee with long dark pants/jeans with covered shoes.

Event Volunteer - Team/Referee Rooms Services

Team Nila volunteers are required to support duties such as:

1) To ensure locker rooms, referee room etc are clean and tidy before use.

2) To coordinate the right team to use the locker room before competition.

3) To ensure amenities (towels, water etc) are ready in the rooms.

4) Any other duties required.

Note:

Event Volunteer - Venue Operations

Team Nila volunteers are required to support duties such as:

1) Tunnel Helper - Standby teams at the waiting area before team introduction at each game.

2) Wrist Tagging/Access Control Checks - To check accreditation, tickets, and wrist tag patrons at entry points.

3) Dining Hall - To ensure the area is clean, meals are delivered for players and workforce.

4) Game Presentation - To assist in game presentation activities.

5) Any other duties required.
